    Sturdy mount that would have worked great for this kitchen TV, but it’s mounting pattern does not support my 32” TV with 100mm wide by 200mm tall VESA mounting holes. It fits with them sideways though!Also, the customer service email printed in the manual does not work so I’m here instead hoping I don’t have to take this down from my wall and leave huge holes there. I followed the directions but they said to install on the wall first then put the mounting plate on the TV, which is really backwards now that I think about it!This is a common HD TV from Costco that I would expect uses a standard format, so just be sure this plate works for you!

Use this in my kids rooms. 1 is a baby and we have it mounted high so he cant mess with any of the cords but it is tilted down so he can see it no matter where he is in the room.     This is my second one of this brand and the only caution is we required two people to hang the TV on the bracket when putting the screws in. I ran out of hands. Other than that I like this setup. It will lie almost flat to the wall or extend out about 24 inches while still having complete angle adjustments.

    Good solid mount with some opportunities for improvement.

    This mount holds the TV great and has good movement, but has a few items that could use improvement:

    1. Mounting holes are only exactly 16" wide at maximum, so if mounting above something you would like to be centered, you potentially have to use the arms to center the device, not the mount itself. To fix this I would suggest 18"-20" wide mounting holes. For example, the studs above my fireplace are not exactly centered, but I had to hit both studs to have a sturdy hold - it left my TV about 2 inches to the right of center of the mantle.

    2. The tilt mechanism is a great feature, but did not hold my 65" TV very sturdy. I came home one day to the TV tilted towards the floor at the lowest angle the mount would allow. ALTHOUGH, I do give the device major points for not dropping the TV altogether; it was still on the wall!!

    3. The standoffs provided in the kit were not usable with my TV. (This may actually be a fault of the TV manufacturer, and not the mount manufacturer). The screws provided were too short to go through the mount, the standoffs, and still reach the threads in the TV. My solution was to use an oscillating tool and sandpaper to remove some height (I cut 1/8") from the standoffs and sand them smooth. Another solution would be to buy some longer bolts that would reach through all of the items listed above, but I was installing the TV at 11 PM and no local stores were open, so I made due with what I had.

    4. The instructions could be a bit more clear; a good technical writer on the team gets major points for a manufacture in my book.

    Overall this is a good mount and I am happy with the purchase, especially since I got the device open-box for a slight discount from Amazon, but for now I would not be able to recommend this one to anyone until at least the tilt function is fixed.

    This wall mount was inexpensive and works well for my 32" TV. It can tilt and the screen can rotate. My only complaint is with the screen rotation. There should be a detent at 90 degrees and 180 degrees. The screen turns easily so sometimes it's not level if you bump it even slightly. It's a minor annoyance, but could be better. That kept it from getting 5 stars from me.
