My original part is 42-24012-01 on my Rheem. This "replacement" has different male connectors (wider) and bracket is shorter just like another reviewer noted. Even the picture is different then the unit received. The connectors are in the middle of the unit which does cause the wiring to be closer to my induction pump.Today is day two since it has been installed.

Don't refer to a part as a "replacement" if it doesn't share the same mounting hole pattern and wire terminal sizes. Otherwise make those differences clear in the description. If I see something is listed to fit my equipment, I don't assume that means "with necessary modifications first"...
