I replaced this turntable motor in my GE microwave myself in minutes. This worked great. Lasted a few years and I had to replace it again. I expected it to last longer to be honest but the plastic gears wore out even though the motor was fine. Being able to do this myself saved me from having to get a costly service call and extended the life of the microwave to almost 20 years. Just replaced the microwave with a new GE Profile this year.

From the description, I expected the same model number stamped on the motor but from a different company. This is often fine and sometimes better quality. The reality is a different model number which is a little (but only slightly) concerning. It has worked fine for a week and was easy to install. Time will tell if it lasts 13 years as it's predecessor did.
