This was listed as New. When it arrived it was not sealed in plastic like new cd’s and the case was dirty and very scratched. It was a gift and have not listened to the cd’s so not sure if they are scratched or not. Stocker on back also says USED.

The CD was perfect! My car system for some reason will not play mp3 music that is downloaded. It will only play mp3 songs that are ripped from a CD and then placed on a drive to play in the car. This was a 2 cd set and the case on the inside was broken, but I have no complaints. The cd performed perfectly and it was Stevie Wonder's greatest hits!
