I ordered these to replace the original ones on my CharGriller Model 3001 which is now about 4 or 5 years old. The original ones were rusting badly and barely able to hold up the heat shields. I've had them installed for a couple weeks now.
Along with these, I replaced the heat shields with these:

My original brackets were rusting away badly, and there was not much of them left to hold up the new heat plates I bought at the same time. These brackets were a perfect fit and they were easy to install once I removed the old ones.
Removing the old brackets was the hard part. They were badly rusted and that included the screws holding them in. Penetrating oil and patience helped me remove all but one bracket. One of them was particularly stubborn and I had to drill out the screw holding it in. Combined time across a few days was probably about 2 hours to remove the old brackets and install these.
Screws to attach the burner tubes to the brackets are NOT included, and chances are your original ones are going to be in bad shape if you are buying these new brackets. I happened to have some sheet metal screws already that worked well for this application.
These are a pain to replace, so I hope they last a while. They seem to be well made and LOOK like good stainless steel, but the true test will be to see if they rust away in a year or two.
Unless these rust away prematurely, I am satisfied. The only improvement I can think of would be to include some self tapping stainless steel screws to attach the burner tubes to the brackets, but for me that wasn't a big deal.
I will update this review after 1+ years and let you know how they are holding up.

These Work Great!
These work great! These will give my grill at least two more years of service. They didn't come with "all" the screws necessary. You'll still have to re-use (or get new) screws that hold the burner onto the bracket. I used small self-taping screws that I already had.
