Adapter looks and feels exactly like the one that came with my old laptop which started getting the "Adapter type not recognized" error after 6 years of use. Hers started getting it recently after only 1 year of use. The old adapters would not charge the batteries.
This new ones work flawlessly and our batteries charge now. S
