DURABLE FABRIC: Windproof, water-resistant, and breathable HESTRA Triton fabric on backhand with our most durable Army Goat Leather on palm and fingers.

RETAIN WARMTH: Holding heat even in wet conditions, this glove is made from a very thin polyester fiber with exceptionally high insulating capacity.

CONSTRUCTION: The 5-finger design gives this glove the highest dexterity in the Heli Ski Female family. Its soft and cozy lining is removable and can be combined with other liners for greater adaptability in varying conditions.

CONVENIENT FEATURES: This glove features an elastic strap with Velcro closure for easy accessibility, a snow lock to keep the cold out and heat in, and an Eagle Grip design that follows your hand’s natural curve to give a closer, more comfortable grip.

The first pair I received looked used. I sent them back and bought a second pair from a different company. They were obviously brand new. These are the most well made ski gloves I now own and am thrilled with the quality! I got them large so I could wear a thin merino wool liner with them. I may not even need the liners because the ones that come with the gloves are so soft and generous. I can’t wait to try them out. Lastly, shipping was fast! Thank you so much!

The leather is soft and initially a bit of a tight feeling, but it stretches nicely upon first time use. I would not recommend to buy a bigger size just because it is tight at first. The inner lining is very soft. There is lots of flexibility in fingers which makes it easier to handle poles and grab others. The length is perfect if you are looking to cover two to three fingers above the sleeves and not at the wrist. The elastic band around each glove is a plus since it allows your wrist to move while having the glove secured to your hand. The color white feels sexy and interesting. I wished it had a bit more of a warm effect on my tips of fingers. I suffer of Raynaud's and on severe cold freezing weather, just not enough. At least, this is how I felt in the high mountains of Utah. I am still looking for that thermostatic "heating" glove that is not stiff nor sacrifices beauty.

These came highly recommended by the ski patrol here in Steamboat as well as other friends. They are nice and long to keep snow out when sledding. They are very warm yet not bulky. The best part is the attached elastic wrist band which keeps you from dropping/losing a glove when you're not wearing them.

Great shell, linings not so much

Disappointed! I used these gloves for the first time on a recent trip to Utah. They worked well at the bottom but at the top of the mountain with the wind and temp of 25F, it felt like the wind went right through the gloves and my finger tips were freezing. I removed the liners to look at them- they velcro into the shell nicely, but the stitching on the seams is not great and there are a couple gaps. I may try a liner from my older gloves but the liners are old.
The wrist elastics are an excellent touch but if the gloves dont keep my fingers warm they arent worth anything-especially at this price.
My previous gloves I loved, but the company seems to have gone out of business,I had big hopes that these would be a great replacement but sadly I will have to try another brand.

PROS-Outer shells look nice and feel great
The velcro wrist bands keep the snow out
The elastic wristbands are nice when you need to remove your gloves
Fit is good
CONS-Wind felt like it went right through the seams- finger tips were freezing

Ich habe diese Hestra Handschuhe als Ersatz für meine alten Hestras gekauft, da ich von drr Wualität der Marke überzeugt war. Nach 18 Jshren und intensivem Einsatz brauchte ich mal was neues.
Die Heli Gloves haben zwei Wochen bei bis zu -24°C hervorragend gemeistert. Der Innenhandschuh lässt sich einfach rausnehmen und einzeln trocknen. Den Außenhandschuh hatte ich als Windschutz auch mal über den dünneren Langlaufhandschuhen an. Ich bin äußerst zufrieden mit dem Produkt und hoffe, dass es mir wieder 18 Jahre Freude bereitet :-)
