They sent me an open box with a damaged cushion ring and charged me like it was new and unopened. Usually the negative connection is smaller than the positive. The spade connections are the same size but at least they're identified positive and negative.

Installed in my 21foot Reinell ski boat. Existing system had only two speakers, so installed these under the back seats. Sound quality is pretty good. The magnets are heavy, decent bass, and the frames are heavy duty. Quality seems nice. Install was pretty easy with the provided paper template, but wish it was precut cardboard! Take your time cutting the holes as the fasteners don’t have much room to grab. Good value for the money. Sound is so much better w 4 speakers!
