Straight replacement for what I had before. They sound great. My old ones had tearing of the cones after 15 years out in the weather. Hope these new ones will last as long.
These are great speakers, I have 8 of them on my boat. The grills are a pain to put on, they are always falling off and white paint chips off and on several occasions simply been blown away. I do not understand the thought process behind such an awful design and replacements are $30
