I bought the PSP 3000 version that was a color carnival red imported from japan. Everything came in brand new, including the system itself. No signs of the ports being previously used at all. Original box/packaging and all. Brand spanking new and i love the console. Hardcore nastalgia. The box and everyting was so new from launch date back in 2006 or 2007 in the original packaging that the battery expanded because of how old it was. Thank goodness it was in a seperate package and not in the PSP itself. Had to buy a battery for it but everything else was brand NEW! Very much so satisfied and runs like a dream. Very happy customer and i know it was a risk but a risk im so proud i took. So happy to live the good old days playing a console like this brings back memories. 100% happy

Discription says that there will be PSP console, Battery, Memory Stick but no battery charger. however I received PSP console and battery(doesn't work-it won't charge + when I connect it to charger psp works on charger power not the battery), battery charger but no memory stick.

I had memory stick and charger and battery from 1000 model so it doesn't really matter but for any future buyers I just wanted you to know. Overall I like it. It's in good condition.

This is a joke right? If you've heard anything about screeching discs with this product, that is accurate..I was so excited to finally play this, especially after the delivery driver tried to deliver it while I was at work...at amazon...so I had to call to get them to come back...yes, that really happened...only to have the system I've been waiting to play completely defective to the point where I wanna punch my neighbor through the wall. Whoever is getting away with selling this obviously never turned the thing on or heard it run. After inserting "TEKKEN 6" for the first time, it grinded to loudly I swear it almost woke up my building. Ridiculous. I work 6 days a week now I have to take this back? Someone should be picking it up from ME!!...

Since it is a Japanese import it comes in Japanese but you could switch to english, the psp i got has everything working in very good condition, the disc tray and the buttons as well, and since the psp is also a multimedia player, you could also load movies from the psp card but you need to format it first, overall good product. The seller i got it from included 5yen coin which was pretty cool

And even more, I would like to buy (especially since I do not think they will be remade for the other systems and that's a real shame).

This is the Japanese version meaning that when you first turn the console on it will be in Japanese but you can change the language settings of the XMB to English there are also additional UMD settings that you can default to English as well. The only thing that will be disorienting about using the Japanese PSP over the American model is that in the XMB Circle accepts and X goes back on the Japanese version. The PSP is region free for games. I think UMD movies might be region locked but that's not a deal breaker in the slightest. When you play a US game in the PSP it defaults to the US settings of X accepting and Circle going back. If you are missing out on the PSP experience you should get it. If you want a unique system color you should get it. It all depends on what you want. I love it

Bought this psp due to the high reviews, battery can’t hold a charge AT ALL. Backing slipped off while in package and I cannot get it back on as a small hinge broke. Would no recommend getting this. Over all it was a HUGE dissapointment.
