I normally do not leave reviews, unless I'm extremely happy about a product or highly disappointed. I ordered this product with rush delivery for my 2 year old cousin Luau Birthday Party, with the expectation of reusing it for an adult party. Although the shipping was right on time, and the package was in excellent condition. But, the product was defective. Me and my cousin was pumping with an electric pump for about 15 minutes after realizing there was a hole in it. So, being that we were really excited about this item, we were determined to use it. We then put Duck Tape on the hole, then continued pumping. Then realized that there was another hole in it. We then gave up, being that we were pressed for time with preparing for the party. We were all disappointed because we was really excited about this cooler being the light of the party. I don't think I should have to go through the hassle of shipping it back, and waiting for a refund. So, with that being said I just through it in the trash and took it as a loss!
