I have bought a number if items from Adorama, The new items are GREAT. The used, Buyer beware! I only bought 2 used items first the Panasonic AJ-PCS060G Portable hard disk drive, when i received it I was excited Until I plugged it in, then Nothing but red lights, a fatal error, I called them and they did offer a refund, but I needed the product so to get a working one I had to pay More! they went around and around on their rating system etc. But regardless of that, I was sent a none operating piece of equipment, and rather then replacing it with one that worked they charged me more for a working version because they didn't have one that was rated the same I did buy the up grade and it does work.. SO next Purchase I paid very close attention to their rating I bought the VariZoom VZ-ROCK-PZFI zoom, focus & Iris Rocker Control for my Panasonic HVX200 It was RATED E+ WHICH IS ONE OF THE HIGHER RATED ITEMS, I received it and firstly it was NOT THE ADVERTISED ITEM, The item I ordered had a large focus wheel, this one did not.. the focus dial was small and very loose so when I zoom in and manually focus on an Item, as soon as I lift my finger it becomes unfocused, so I have to lightly touch it 2-5 times to get it to stay in focus!! I called today informed them of the issue, and again they said they would refund my $$ which is ok BUT this is the second time i Have had to go through the time and effort because they sent me Faulty equipment or equipment that was not pictured.. SHAME on you! screw me once shame on you screw me twice shame on me! I will NEVER buy used equipment from Adorama again...

excellent simple device as i have the other versions with the focus and iris control. This serves well as a zoom controller. works well on my panasonic AC160 sets and HPX sets.
