Not a good product. Not a customer focused company.
Purchased two of these cartridges and waited to use them when I needed to. Put the first one in and it blanketed the paper with excess toner. Ran cleaning cycles and maintenance cycles many times with ZERO improvement. Tried the second cartridge in a different printer (still a xerox 3500) and same catastrophic failure. Requested a refund (even though I would accept to try two replacement) as a exchange wasnt an option and seller refused stating I was outside the 30 days. Its day 36, as a business user, at a school, I was excited to have found a reasonably price toner cartridge but all I found was a company who is NOT customer focused. As a school we can afford to eat costs like this every dollar that is taken away from students is expected to be used effectively. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
