I really like this thermal. the easy pour spout works great (until the last bit of coffee) and it keeps my coffee hot without having that burnt taste.
I have just two complaints.
the first complaint is just specific to me. the thermal is just short enough to fit under my coffee maker without the lid... if I add the lid, it won't fit
I actually accommodated for this and rigged the spout in the coffee maker to where it will release the coffee liquid slowly... I put a thick washer spacer on the spout, on the inside of the holder, to where the coffee will pour without having to be pushed up... only downside is you can't remove the coffee till it's done...
see I have a black and Decker coffee maker with a select your amount dial to where I can select just 4,6,8,10 or 12 cups and can feel the water reservoir to the top...it will make only the amount you select. FYI i wouldn't select 12 since the thermal can only hold 10. it's very convenient and I feel better solution than a Keurig.. which is both expensive to operate and requires each brew to be separate.. I honestly drink about two cups in the morning but don't like the extra step of filling the water reservoir every single time. Anyways, the coffee carafe that came with it sucked. it couldn't help but leak coffee. plus the hot plate constantly burned my coffee... so this is why I like the thermal with it... and I rigged it to work accordingly
the only thing I dislike about the coffee pot is the aforementioned problem getting the last few drops out.. don't get me wrong, it pours great until this point... the only solution, as has been discussed, is to take off the lid and literally hold the thing upside down... but it is like only the last few drops.... I tried out a black and Decker thermal.. I have to be honest I liked the lid design more but that thing was like 9 inches tall so it was a no go... this is a good thermal though in the end!

I decided to get this carafe after breaking two glass types prior. I love my coffee maker and it was relatively new so purchasing this carafe which was almost half of what my actual coffee maker cost me irked me a bit, but would solve my constant glass breaking issue. It is not that easy to clean, I solved it by using a bottle brush to clean it, but the top is narrow and a typical sponge cannot make it though the top easily. What I do love about this is it's durability. It's built like a tank. In addition, the coffee I make stays warm for HOURS after my coffee maker shuts off, that's pretty awesome. All in all, it is expensive, but also a quality carafe which will not need to be replaced unless something pretty catastrophic happens to it. Happy coffee drinking folks - some of you may be dead inside, but stay caffeinated my friends!

Great replacement for my 14 cup glass carafe that came with my 3200c model. The glass carafe lasted me almost 2 years and would of bought another one if I haven't found this alternative. It fits well and works great, keeps coffee hot. No complaints here.

Perfect fit to replace broken carafe. I use it and was concerned about leaving on the hot plate for an hour. I just set the Coffee maker to shut off 2 minutes after brewing and no longer a concern. Keeps Coffee pretty warm for about 2 hours without that burnt taste. Pours a little on the slow side but I don't mind it. Also, hard to get the last 1/2 cup with out unscrewing the top off. Nevertheless, I highly recommend.

Carafe beaucoup plus solide que celle en verre que je brisais continuellement et qui coûte de plus en plus chère.
S'adapte très bien à ma cafetière Cuisinart 14 tasses. Le café y reste chaud plusieurs heures.
Le bémol : pas pratique pour verser surtout la fin de la carafe. Il reste toujours un fond que je n'arrive pas à vider dans une tasse sans faire de dégât
