swingawaymerril @kat_phoenix Hiya, I have the measurements of the backpack in the description if you want measure your laptop. It wouldn’t fit anything bigger than a 13” laptop. My laptop is 14” and it’s too tall to zip close. There is an interior padded laptop sleeve that measures about 8”. There is additional space for a few books too - again, not sure how big your textbooks are. Hope that helps! 🙂

I would open your purchases section, click on the second backpack and open a case with Poshmark to return the second purchase. Poshmark will review your issue and they will advise next steps. swingawaymerril @margeryrisnear Yes, you did purchase both from me and Poshmark is the platform that you made your purchases through. Poshmark provides the shipping label and insurance and I ship it through Poshmark. If you have any issue on Poshmark with a purchase, the issue must go through Poshmark. I did not charge you for the backpacks, Poshmark did. Poshmark are the ones facilitating our transactions so they need to be contacted.
