@annasmith1990 For some reason, it has not updated in Poshmark’s system. I tried to create a new label but it’s still showing your previous address. Are you able to check your address on file again and see if it finalized or updated yet?

@annasmith1990 Since I can’t get a new label generated with the correct address, I put in a request with Posh Support to step in and help me get a new one. They are usually excellent with getting back to me within a day, or so. As soon as I get the new label, I will send your item out ASAP and message you to let you know when it’s on the way. 💕Stacey

@annasmith1990 I just heard back from Posh Support. They are requesting for you to reach out to them so they can help you to get a new label generated. I’m sorry, I tried to take care of this from my side but for some reason, they are saying they need to go through you to fix the issue.

@annasmith1990 Hey! Were you able to reach out to Posh Support about changing the label to the new address? Just wondering because the current label is still showing the old address. If a new label can’t be generated with this order, I think I can cancel the order entirely and create a new listing for you to purchase.
