What is the overall condition - specifically any sign of wear in the elbows or along the edges of the sleeves?

Has the jacket been altered in any way? It doesn't appear so but the last two items I've purchased on Poshmark (from other sellers) were altered (which was not included in the descriptions) and both were too short so I want to be sure.
