parispixie Hi! Thanks for your inquiry! Front left armpit seam to right armpit seam, measured flat, not hanging, is 28-inches. Back, pit seam to pit seam is 26-inches = 54-inches total. Please note: I bought the jean jacket before having gastric bypass surgery so it is quite large on me after losing 100 pounds.
