The earrings are gold tone plating, with a spade shaped back for securing piece through the piercing to the ear. The earrings are made not matching, but complementary. One is a small spade shape with round crystal/cubic zirconia accents, gold in color. The second one is a padlock, gold in color with round crystal/cubic zirconia accents down the sides.
