High waisted Nike small stretchy straight leg

Women’s army color green, grayish green, pocket on the side that has a zipper, very lightweight stretchy band skinny pants, good for jogger pants the inseam would be a 27 or 27.5, also measured from the waist to the bottom, (pics)these would be high waisted. Tag says small, I feel these could also fit a medium.
