Light wear with normal wash wear and light pilling and slight scuff/wear mark from buckle closure, and no size tag, as shown in photos and otherwise in great preowned condition. (according to my measurements it's a size XS) Flat waist measurement is about 12.5 so total waist is about 25 (on smallest buckle closure). I am a size 4/waist 27/size small typically in skirts and it barely fits me on the second to last closure. Super cute, unique, with 90s & Y2K aesthetic & super soft and comfortable/flattering fit.
