averylovinghome Hi. I doubt the waistband is 128cm--that is over 50 inches long. I believe that is the European children's size. Like the people above, I would also be curious to know the true waist size and length of skirt from waist to hem. Thank you.

averylovinghome It is a children's skirt, but I am a petite woman, and I wear children's clothes. I'm sorry if you have an issue with that. I'm sure if you measure the skirt you fill find that the waist is not 128cm. 128cm is just the general children's size.
