If the toy is not running after that I would remove the seat and make sure the battery is connected prior to charging. Most battery ride ons have the red wire to the battery not connected for shipping.

When you charge the toy when the charger is plugged into it does it not work when you press the button? How can you tell its charging?

They said the item was available for pickup take my money in now the item not available %26 can take up to 10 days to return my money I would've never ordered if they inventory was updated I ordered 4 items and 3 was unavailable all of sudden after I placed the order this morning they didn't even try to do best match just said it's unavailable Walmart need to do better this is unacceptable

It looks like it was used the box was ripped up didn't have any straps to secure it it was completely loose and it was dusty 
I returned it the same time when I picked it up 
On the box had a mark down price for 20$ less 
When I returned it the supervisor even agreed it went through war 
And I got refunded for the original price I paid not the mark down price so be aware

Please be careful shopping online. I purchased this powerwheel for my daughter for Christmas and it was broken. Wheel wouldn't stay on couldn't figure out why and I finally looked inside the wheel to find out it was snapped and to me it looks like they sent me something that was already returned for the issue. Annoyed I spent 84 dollars just for it to be broken.

I just was given this Ride on Toy and it didn't come with the charger for it. All I know of it is the Ride on has all the sounds, but will not go. I don't have a charger for it so I am thinking that it's almost out of battery to do anything. How can I get the charger for it?
