For $70 it's new and way less than used rusted busted bars attempted to be sold on Offer Up. The quality is equal to and better than some weider, cap, fitness gear products costing more. Not as good as Inspire, but costs way less. I won't be placing more than 300lbs on it since it's my office garage bar but let's be real…anyone that needs more shouldn't be shopping for budget bars. Will come in handy in case of another self quarantine isolation period.

Awesome for the money.

For a 70 dollar bar, this is amazing. Sure the kneuriling is quite soft and the spin is going to be poor especially with heavier loads but for the average amateur lifter like myself it more than adequately meets my fitness needs. In fact, my lady prefers this bar over her Rogue Ohio bar in certain lifts because of the softer kneurling. As for me, I often use this bar over my other fancier bars because I don't feel bad abusing it. Overall highly recommended.

Good quality

Very good barbell for the price! I've been lifting over 250lbs and close to 300 lbs with it with out any problems. Bar is rated for 700lbs. Only complaint is the bar doesn't come with any collars so make sure you order collars for the bar if you don't have any already. Other barbells are going for double the price of this one and some of them are rated for over 1,000 lbs, but if you're not lifting over 700 lbs, I don't see the point of paying more money. I would definitely recommend buying this bar.

Great value for the price!

The good: Price!  $70 is too good to pass up, best price by far for a 700lb rating.  Great beater bar if you need a spare for technique or basic bench

Good cheap bar

This is more for a novice to intermediate weight lifter as its max capacity is 700 lbs.  The only issue I have with the bar is that the sleeves don't have bearings, or they are just simple not a snug fit.  Even though the sleeves roll smoothly, they make a clanking sound when setting the bar on the floor.  I've set up a weight room in one of our spare bedrooms so even setting the weights on a carpeted surface as well as using bumper weights, the bar still gives off a clank at the end of each set once set on the floor.  Outside of that, the bar serves it's intended purpose.  Which is to make me stronger.  :)

It gets the job done

Got this in June and in March the sleeve broke while lifting about 300lbs. Luckily, no injury.  I DO NOT recommend this bar.  A cheap bar is not worth getting injured.
