The handles do not move. When I purchased it I did think they moved, but they don't.

The handles are stationary. I find that I can change hand/arm position by putting my hands on the base of the handlebars, but there's no exercise for them.

The handles are stationary while in use, but will collapse forward when folded to its flat storable position.

Do the handles move forward and back or are they stationary?

The only thing that I could think that might bother you is the height of the handle bars. My Son is 6'3 and he used this stepper and didn't have any problems with it. I hope that helps. You can try it and if not happy you could always return it to the store.

none that I know of, I am 5'5" and my boyfriend is 5'10" and he has no problem using the stepper.

I am about 5'11, and your knees may tap the main pole that hold the grab bars but i think for someone 6'2 and under this machine would be good.
Even if you're taller you just have to keep your feet a few inches back on the stepping mat and I am sure it would work out fine. Hope this helps friend.

maybe...The handles are not adjustable. But handlebar just makes it easier and to stabilize.

Instructions didn't say anything about height restrictions

I don't think there are height limits on this-nothing in the owner's manual. I'm 5'4," however, and this stepper is flimsy-I think because it's so narrow. It takes up very little space, but to the detriment of stability. Hope that helps.

Very quiet. Slight thump if steps strike base. I layed a towel down between and that silenced it!

Sorry but I did not notice the noise. I am always wathching TV when using it. I do not feel, that if there is any noise the level, will be to high

I think the weight limit is 250lbs and the only noise is the slight air from the shock, other than that nothing.

The machine says that it can hold up to 250 lbs and under.
The machine makes virtually no noise at all.

There are adjustments. Noise level is quite compared to my exercise bike or treadmill.

The owner's manual states "Caution: Weight on this product should not exceed 250 lbs." It's not a loud machine. The only thing I really hear is the subtle movement of the shocks.

I believe the weight limit is 250 pounds, and it is WHISPER, quiet!! I watch TV while working out with no problem at all. And it doesn't wake the cats up!! : )

For a moderately priced stepper I find it is well made, compact and works very well. I guess the fact that you can fold it and store it is a bonus although I leave mine up so I can hop on it at any time. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to a friend. In fact, I bought mine on a friend's recommendation.
