We are pleased with this purchase.  Makes ice quickly, but in very small amounts at a time.  Its a little noisy.
It does what it claims to do, so if your expectations are reasonable you will be happy with it.

We like it

We love our ice maker.  It provides ice quickly and keeps it cold so freeing up space in our small freezer.  Yes, it is a little noisy during the making process, but that is over quickly.  It sits conveniently on our counter and is handy for drinks and meal prep.

There's only one problem keeping it from a 5-star rating: It doesn't keep the ice frozen for long.  You need to put the ice in a freezer or somewhere else to keep it from quickly melting.

Extremely useful.

We bought because ice trays tend to spill and never get refilled. This makes ice pretty fast. I works however the ice tends to melt and come out small at first but if I just let it keep producing ice  the ice becomes more fuller/thicker. I transfer ice to a bucket when ice maker is full.

if you live in an apartment do not order when it shipped the shipper didn't bother putting the apartment number just street address so fedex delivered it to the wrong building had to call maintenance guy to let me in other building to get it other than that the product is great looks nice on countertop and makes ice pretty fast

read before you buy

It's a nice product. It makes ice. It's slow at it. But what Thought it would so that it does not is keeps the ice cool.  I wanted an ice maker so I would not take up room in the refrigerator with trays and such. Well this has a small basket when it's full you have to empty and put in the freezer. It will continue to make ice.   I hope they can improve this for holding and keeping ice cool until used. It would then make the product great

Not worth the money that I spent even with free shipping. Cost $140.48 with tax, takes too long to make the eyes, took 2 1/2 hours to get the bag that I have. Too much trouble to return to the Walmart that I live close to because the staff there it's poorly managed. They prefer to converse with each other rather than provide customer service, most of the staff members act like they are doing you a favor.

Ice Machine Maker- Igloo

We purchased on May 3, 2021. Less than 4 months it stopped producing ice. I read Manuel and followed directions on what to do if ice stops producing.  It did not fix the machine.  The warranty is only good for 90 days.  Just missed the cut off by a few. 8/20/21.
I would not purchase this unless you get the extended warranty. 
Worked great for 3 months. Too much money spend for this product to have it stop working in a 4 month time span.

Disappointed

This ice maker worked great the day I received it.  Three weeks later I got it out and plugged it in but it wouldn't work.  Thought maybe I was doing something wrong so I unplugged it, reread the instructions again, and it still would not work and make ice cubes.  I paid a good price for this merchandise and service policy that only worked one time for me and Walmart Store in Warrensburg MO told me t o bring it in and they'd exchange it.   But they didn't!

BEWARE OF WALMART MERCHANDISE!

Turned it on first day out of box. No ice! Had to return it! This is my second one that did not work.
