This was easy to put together and works well.  However, the stability is a little bit scary.  When using it the normal way it's mostly ok but I have had to rock a little.  Using the back bar for stretching or anything however cannot be done because it will tip.

During assembly, (which was ridiculously simple) I was worried about wobbliness. I was so sure that the entire thing was going to fall forward on me during my first attempt at a pull-up...Amazingly though, this is a sturdy piece of equipment. It stays in place and weíve tested it with 3 full grown humans hanging from it at once.When reading the pamphlet, I realized there are more ways to use it than I thought.It doesnít take up much space, and is so easy to move around.Something about seeing it standing there every day motivates you to use it every time you pass by.There is a flaw though and itís a fatal one, the bars are thin and the foam grip is nowhere near adequate to make it comfortable on your hands. Itís awkward to grab if youíre used to a traditional bar at your gym because itís so thin, so your hands wrap around it differently, and the fact that the padding is so thin makes it literally painful.This discouraged me at first, but I purchased weight lifting gloves, more foam tape, and foam rollers to wrap around the handle areas.If I had a chance to try it before buying, i may not have purchased it, but in comparison to the doorframe mounted pull-up bar I tried previously, it was a lot more reasonable.

Major design flaws

for something so affordable this is a perfect. when assembling the pullup stand it was intimidating at first but the directions really made it easy and explained everything so i could understand . ive been doing pullups non stop and half the time i cant even tell its not nailed into the ground or held down by anything! perfectly balanced and well made!

  †This is exactly what I was looking for. It is sturdy and light. I am able to move it around my garage as needed. I do not intend on adjusting the height because it seems it Seems to be a tad finicky. I am 5í8 and 3/4î. I am kissing 200lbs and it does great. You can adjust the height for 6 footers. I wouldnít place bands or weights on it.

Light, sturdy, easy to move around your space

I have owned this fitness station for several weeks. It meets my basic requirement for pull up exercise very well. It is easy to assemble and does not take too much space. I leave the station in my family room so that I can take quick a quick 1 minute exercise during my remote work break. The station is pretty slim, which seems to be fragile by appearance, but it seems to withstand my body weight of 160+lb quite well. I wish the feet can be a little longer so that it is a little more stable when I swing a little. Love the station and love the exercise.

Only complaint, which was an easy fix, was the skinny bar end grips.FIX Skinny Bar End Grips:1. Remove/Cut 1 foot of padding from middle support and cut into 2 equal parts2. Apply minimal amount of hairspray into each cut grip3. Work the grip over the existing grips and let dry

The best thing is it is so easy to use. Sure will use it a lot.

It is a great value for what you pay. This Power Tower has a really good quality. It was packaged nicely, came with legible instructions and all parts. Only took me about 20mins to build it up. I got this for several days and use it two times a day. I am 180lbs and and I can do pull ups, dips and push ups in the tower. It's not shaky at all when I get on it. So basing on my specific needs, I have to say that the size of this station is perfect for my case.Very nice piece of equipment, looking forward to getting stronger and being able to do more pullups and dips. Love it so much.

Highly Recommend!

First the good part- it is priced well and easy to assemble. Hence they earned the first star I gave it.
The bad part - it is not as sturdy as it appears in the image. When I tighten the bolts I see that it bends the metal where the bolt is. In order to test whether it can handle my 210lb I need to be able to use it. However I am yet to use it as it came with only one of the 4 most important bolts without which I cannot use the pull up bars.
I am missing 3 of the 4 bolts that hold up the pull up bar. I have messaged the seller but have received no response.

Missing bolts makes it useless

Product arrived with a few missing nuts bolts. I purchased the missing bolts from a local hardware store. Also one of the adjustable arm was bent making it difficult to assemble. I did my best to straighten it out hoping that I did not compromise the strength of the metal.
