Its a pretty decent grill so far the temperature fluctuates up and down at this point but maybe it will be more steady once its broke in! I like that it came with a heavy duty cover! The assembly is easy and only takes about 20-30 minutes to complete, it comes with its own tools which makes it easy to assemble anywhere! I give it three stars at this point!

Definitely easy to use, keep the hopper full of pe

I used it three times and the heating element went out.  Can't get it replaced without talking to a foreign lady that I cannot understand.  Thus far, a waste of money.  I got it for Christmas last year and it sat in my garage most of the time.  I don't have time to constantly contact customer service over a smoker.  I'll probably just go buy one rather than try customer service again.

Customer Service Not the Best

Ordered this grill and got it put together. Turned on for initial start and it stopped working after about 10 min. Went to return at Walmart and they said the upc on the box did not match my account so they were unable to return. Got with Walmart 800 number and they kept sending me a shipping label for the store to scan and accept the return. They still said they could not. 800 number told me they would arrange to have it picked up. They got me off the phone and sent a message the next day saying they would not be picking up. Because it was sold by a 3rd party so my only recourse would be with them. This company is the worst. They send messages at odd hours and almost unintelligible remarks which leads me to believe they are foreign they offered me $50 to just keep the grill and sell it to someone. Each message is like starting over again. I am still out of my money for this hunk of trash and I start over new ever time they send a message. I am still not going to continue to take this thing apart to diagnose their poor workmanship for them. Walmart is also not doing anything about the purchased protection plan from them. Due to this I have cancelled Walmart plus and will make my purchases with Amazon in the future because if they are selling they stand by it. 
Mr Walton would be so sad if he could see what his baby is now.
