There is no Infrared back burner on this grill, one is not required, as this grill gets hot enough without needing an Infrared back burner.

We are loving our new grill. Just got it 2 weeks ago and have been grilling as much as we can. Ribs, burgers, sausages, hotdogs, steaks lobster, chicken. All delicious. Can't wait for rotisserie chicken. Gonna do sourdough crust pizzas this weekend. So excited. Totally loving our new grill!

I love it. My wife and I put it together. great fun doing so instructions were clear and it took us about an hour and a half total. I have now only used it twice and it's a beast. Smooth. Very easy to use and cooks. Wonderful. I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you John.

Great grill!

This is perfect, the grill is larger inside than our old one. Works great! It does have quitr a few parts, so will take a while to get together.  But everything went together great, had no issues at all. I do recommend. If you dont want to put together, id see if you can get the floor model.

Very nice grill!

I love the searing burner to the left side, the sauté burner to the right side, the large window to see the food cooking, & also the blue lighted burner knobs. The phone charger on the side is a bonus too. I had a question I was unable to answer regarding a wire I could not find to connect to so I called the 800 support line. They quickly answered my question. This is a wonder grill & you can't go wrong buying from this company.

Great grill

Shipping was fast, grill received in excellent condition.
Husband said easy assembly took him abt 2 hrs.
Grilled that night! Have not used the rotisserie yet but looking forward to that.

Fast %26 Easy

We have grilled with it around a dozen times. It was easy to put together. I really like the sear option. For the most part it cooks evenly. The reason I gave it a four star is that the base and doors are kind of flimsy. For the price we are very pleased on the grills performance so far.

Very good grill for the money

the assembling with puctures was not clear. We need step by step readable directions. The pictures do not cover the details.

Materials used were very thin and edges were sharp. Instruction manual for assembly could be more clear and specific. Used once and now the previously shiny heated gradually became old and rusty like looking even washing it so hard. 

The light on the knobs remain the same color when ignited. I believe it should at least turn red when ignited to serve its purpose
