Very comfortable chairs! I ordered the tan and it is perfect! They tray is perfect and I love how the chair can be locked in your desired position. However, thatâs when I discovered that the lock loop in one chair was cracked, but thats not a big deal, since it still works fine

Good deal

The chairs were not packaged properly and sent in flimsy boxes that arrived with gashes, rips and half opened.  The chairs were scuffed and dinged, but not badly enough to return them and go through the process again.

Careless Shipping

Received my chairs today. The chairs themselves are fine, however, I ordered THIS color which is beige, I received dark brown chairs. Also, cupholders were not in my package. Contacted Factory Direct and was told they could not send me the cupholders but could refund me the amount for them... I can deal with the color but why not just send me the cupholders??? Now, I have to go through the hassle of ordering cupholders separately which was what I was TRYING to avoid! Thanks Factory Direct for poor customer service!

Not What I ordered

Came in a torn up flimsy box.  I ordered red but these are fuchsia!  The armrest is scratched, weak and have sharp plastic pieces sticking out.  The locking mechanism is different from the one shown when ordering.  One of the elastic cords is damaged and frayed.  I'm hoping that they will send me another one.  Such a headache trying to fix their poor quality control issues.  Don't have time or energy to take them to Walmart for a refund and reorder another set.  And these are a Christmas gift.  I hope the chairs hold up when they use them.

Arrived in torn flimsy box.  Armrest is scuffed and weak with sharp edges .  Pillow is under stuffed.  Locking mechanism is different than shown when ordering.  Chair has a wire sticking out because it isn't  welded . Quality control lacks.  Too much of a hassle to return it to Walmart and reorder another one!

First the negative aspects. I ordered beige chairs on July 8th with a delivery date on July 16th.  I checked my Wal Mart account and it said chairs were delayed.  I checked every day for a week and the message was the same every time. I finally called Wal Mart July 22nd and the customer service rep called Factory Direct Wholesale. She found out that the wrong tracking number was posted on my order and that the chairs would be delivered the 23rd.  She sent me an email with the correct tracking number.  Chairs were delivered the 24th.  I ordered beige and was sent brown chairs. You can see in my posted picture that the rug the chair sets on is beige.   So disappointed but not worth the hassle to send them back.  On the positive side, the chairs are very comfortable, look sturdy, and the side table is a handy addition. Wal Mart’s customer service was fantastic. I’ll continue to order from them but I will never do business with Factory Direct Wholesale.

The chairs were ok. There were a couple things; the one lock on one of the chairs was broken on arrival and the same chair had an exposed hole that could cut someone. Almost as if they messed up when drilling the holes because it was right next to where a pin went through. Also, it would have been nice if the foot rest came up when sitting and not just come up when laying back.

Ok chairs, wouldn't recommend.

The chairs are fine for someone who is 5’2” or under. They are too small for taller people.  (See photos) They are also very close to the ground, unlike some antigravity chairs. The quality seems fine, although the arms seem kind of cheap and plastic-y. Not sure about durability because we returned them immediately. Way too small and uncomfortable for a taller person. (5” 11” in photo)
