i've had the sear box for a couple of months now, and i couldn't be happier with this product, I can now place the perfect steak on my family table each and every time and the quality is great,  it fits on my pellet grill great.  thanks for this product.

It's all as advertised and then some!  Reverse seared steaks are awesome and if you want the best burger in the world, use the sear box!  High smoke till 105/110 degrees, then sear it!  Can't get this in any restaurant.  It works great!
The fit and finish was right on and I can still use the smoker blanket on the smoker at the same time, the engineers did a very nice job!

30 seconds each side really means 30 seconds each side. Incredible searing, and the best accessory to the grill.

I love a sear on all my meat. A added bonus of pellet grill is the reverse sear. Smoking then the sear. Works perfect every time. Works excellent also as a gas bbq.

Sear box

I got my grill about a week ago now and couldn't be any happier. Putting the grill together is pretty straight forward. It helps to have an extra set of hands but everything lined up and directions were reasonable, I have the seer box as well and it connected smoothly as well.

I contacted support about a missing screw - they responded quickly and took care of the problem without issue!

So far I have cooked a chicken, wings, pork butt, corn bread, and beans - all have come out great! Excited to try a lot more !

My only request would have been to have better start up directions that were with the grill. I needed to go to the web.

Greatest grill, love to cook the kids burgers and they love it when I do. Photo is a pork loin, 225 high smoke for 20 min, seared that baby off. 145 internal .

Love the sear box and my new smoker. I have made delicious burgers by searing them first for few minutes and then finishing them with about 15 minutes of smoke!

New Camp Chef Sear Box and Smoker

I bought this addition to my smoker last month. My wife thought it was a small grill attachment. She wondered if I needed to get rid of my regular grill. (Which doesn't get used as much as it used to) Crank up the sear box a few minutes before the steaks are through smoking. Sear for about 1 minute each side. Some of the best steaks I have ever had. Very happy. Even my wife loved them.

Still a rookie at pellet grilling but learning. The sear box was fairly easy to attach to the grill with an extra set of hands. Seared a couple of strip loins for my first attempt. Pleased with the outcome. Will take them off the pellet grill sooner and sear them longer next time. It is a great addition to the grill.
