The product arrived without damage or defect. Assembling the pit was easy. The pit is light and easy to carry and move. Pit is deep. Good ventilation, can hold a lot of wood, good fire. This is by far the best.

I like this pit. It is really big and deep. It looks really nice too. I got it week or two ago and have used it once so far. But it's a nice addition to my backyard.

I'm sure you can get a super sturdy thick steel structure, but this price is all anyone needs. My family loves it. Strong buildings are also... In any case, it's not as cheap as some people say.

I'm really excited about this product. It would be very difficult to put it together and send it back, but I would do it anyway. I was very disappointed.

Company needs better customer service.

This chimenea was light weight that the box and styrofoam weighted almost the same.  I opened the box and started to unpack when I felt how thin the first 3 pieces were I didn't even unwrap them.  This will never withstand a season of fires and weather even if it's covered when not in use during the warm months with is pointless.  Sending it back!
