I LOVE our grill! The grill plates are coated in cast iron, which is nice! Two of the 3 grill plates came with rust speckled all over on the cast iron (pictured below), and I called the customer service line and Jean helped me fix our problem! She said we could put olive oil or vegetable oil on the rust spots to get them to go away, but she also sent me 2 new grill plates since they came like that! My issue was completely resolved after talking to her on the phone and emailing her the details.

Great customer service, great grill!

Overall,  this grill is very good.  It was easy to install.  Every part was there and truly labeled and/or organized.  As for working,  excellent 
and so easy to  get turn on.  Each section of the grill opens separately. Yes, I've used  the grill several times amd she works beautifully. 
Now the rest is up  to us. The only things I would love to be better are more stable wheels system and little better system to stabilize and hold the gas tank.  Good  price,

The inside  lining (sheet metal) of the grill lid has screws missing in tje predrilled holes or they are inserted sideways.  There is tension against the screws/holes because they don't fit properly and actual tears in the metal. causing buckling and rippling of the sheet of metal that lines the inner lid. I have photos I can share. These wrongly and sideways and missing screws are not going to hold this piece of metal in place for very long . It looks hideous. You can clearly see  where the metal is buckled and doesn't fit to the edges of the inside of the lid and many screws are placed incorrectly and pulling against and tearing the metal holes. The sheet of metal looks like it has been beat with a hammer go force it to fit and it still doesn't fit .

Factory assembled parts were done  shoddily

The frame of the burner grill is damaged and the top rack was bent.  I bent it back.  Not enough to make me want to disassemble and return,  I'll live with it.

BBQ grill damaged

We needed a grill but they did not have what we needed online so we ordered online because we needed it ASAP. First of all we received it a day later than what previously said it was going to arrive. Then when received and opened there was many dents and chipped paint all over the box. At the end we put it together and had no choice but to use it because we had a house full of guest. Would of return it if we did not have to use it.

This did not disappoint.  The boy was in great shape I gave it as a gift.  And when it was opened and pieces layer out 2 were damaged.  Every time I buy something like this from here it is damaged.   I am tired of getting damaged items and paying good hard earned money.  Now what box it all back up and take it to a store that doesn't have one to replace it with.  This was a gift so now the person I gifted it to has to deal with this.   Smh. So done

different parts come folded

Shipped and received on time, however it came damaged and scratched.  Very flimsy took 2 hours to put together though the side burner attachment was bent and damages so it it not flush with the front of the grill.  Nort happy with this grill. I wouldn't recommend this product if looking for a nice looking grill.  the cover is discolored, all burners work and I will have to live with it because after 2 hours putting it together I wasn't about to return it.
