We just received this and it came in good shape on a private delivery truck. Everything fit together perfectly and they even have caps for every screw. I fold the cushion backs down and tuck them under the table at night so they will be dry in the morning for sitting. They do dry quickly though. The chairs are lightweight yet sturdy. The set is beautiful and very comfortable.

Bought this around 8-10 years ago; am buying another set today for a second table on our deck.  I'm hoping the set is of the same quality now.  Very comfortable chairs,  best patio chairs I've sat on.  Yes, the paint will fade/flake if out in the sun - just like ANY OTHER PATIO FURNITURE I've ever seen.  Here's a tip - once it fades a bit, get some Rustoleum metallic brown paint (don't remember the exact color name - available at any home store); take the table apart (just a few screws on underside of table top); and spray it.  Takes no time at all; maybe two cans.   It's held up great since then.  Can do the same thing with the chairs (tape off the seat are), although I haven't had much trouble on those. .  Eventually the cushions will wear/rot at the headrest (top) area - so keep the cushions covered if you can (or be ready to buy some replacements some year in the fall on clearance).  I will say the cushions are excellent at drying out after rain.  The one thing I don't like is how the base fills with sand - the metal "plug" will rust and you'll never be able to get the sand out.  Do don't overfill or you'll have a very heavy base that is hard to move around, particularly up stairs.  With the new set I'm going to buy I'll see if there's anything to do to prevent that - maybe coat the plug with something.  I'll let you know if I come up with anything.  Bottom line - this is a great set for $500 (or less when on sale/clearance) - just be realistic that it takes some maintenance.  If you want no-maintenance - go get a $3000 set (and then probably still be disappointed later).

Need Another One

After days of shopping/research found this set. It is strong, beautiful in both materials and design. Once you have assembled the first chair, the others can be put together in 15 minutes.  The table also assembles easily although the base must be filled with sand. TIP=dry sand out in sun or oven so it is easily pourable; make a cone to help. The one drawback, while very stylish, the tabletop has an open 'grid' in the center. Needs cover?! if you do not want spilled food and liquids going into the base. However it is still a beautiful, strong and highly functioning patio set. Ordered TWO...very pleased.

Beautiful we love this patio set and it's so affordable great choice.

Many Years ago, at least 10, we bought an almost identical set from Walmart called Mica Ridge.  It has  held up wonderfully. 

When I saw this available, I couldn't resist. The cushions on ours are needing to be replaced anyway, so at this price, buying a new set made sense.  Gave the old one to our daughter.  (She could care less about faded cushions. LOL)

I am so happy with this.  The chairs are wonderful.  The swivel base is also a rocking base.  The round base means that you don't have to worry about which way the chair is sitting like you do with a square base.  

The table is sturdy and pretty.  You CAN use an umbrella with it.  Don't know why they didn't offer the matching umbrella this time.   We added some sand to the base to keep it from turning over with high winds.  Worked great.  Have never had trouble. 

When we bought our first set years ago, we looked at a LOT of patio furniture.  We knew what we wanted.  We are both good-size people with good-sized family members, so it had to be sturdy.  We looked at sets that cost several thousand and were not impressed.  Many were not comfortable or were just plain flimsy.  When we noticed these at our local Walmart, we were amazed at how comfortable and sturdy it felt. 

This new set seems nearly identical.  Yay!

Very nice, sturdy, comfortable

Excellent quality if taken care of. You can't leave it setting out in the weather for years and want it to look as good as the day you left it out there. Cover it up , store it away for the winter or use on a covered area. This table is my second one and the glass is still good and the base is faded but after 12 years of use, it's still intact and sturdy. Even my chairs are still very sturdy.

Great find

I've been looking for a new patio set for a while and when I saw this one I first thought this doesn't look like Walmart.  It's a classy set and I like that the glass panels can be taken out and stored away in the winter.  It's a beautiful set and I love it and the price wasn't bad at all and the cushions are really nice.  Thanks

Classy looking

I bought this set about 4 years ago.  Enjoyed it for the first two years but now I  am embarrassed to have company over. After the 2nd year the base started chipping and continuously got worse. The middle of the table can collect food and debris and there is no easy way to clean it out.  Finally, an arm of one of the chairs became warped. If I remember correctly it took me several hours to assemble the base of the table which calls for at least one bag of sand.  I would love to replace the table only but this is impossible because it is sold as a set. Even if this was an option the assemble of the base would be a pain.

Disappointing

I bought a set exactly like this one but had a different name same manufacturer. The cushions started to wear and paint was chipping on the table and chairs. Tried to just replace the cushions but you can't get the original quality cushions separately. The table finally cracked and I searched and searched for the set but all I found was the set was out of stock and no date or if it would be back in stock. Searched for another set and found this one the Better Homes &Garden Bailey Ridge set looks exactly like my previous one so I ordered it. When I received it the round base was bigger than the previous one and the backs of the chairs were shorter. I figured possibly changed design for a safer chair. The new style is not even close to being as comfortable as the last ones. The  cushions, which were my favorite part about the previous set because they were very thick and held up for many years. The new ones look as thick but it's just an illusion. They aren't holding up at all and now the cushions are falling apart. Not sure who I should contact about this issue or the sub quality with this set. And both sets were under a covered patio out of any direct sun or rain
