12&quot; - it can cook frozen, but fresh is always best!

It cooks fresh pizza or frozen pizza.  Frozen pizza just cooks at a lower heat setting.

Another review says this unit can cook a 14&quot; pizza.  Not true.  The stone is 14&quot; but the opening is only 13&quot;.  You can cook up to a 13&quot; pizza.  It says so outside of the box too.  Just be aware of this when you buy the pizza peel.

This thing is AMAZING!  My family and I love this!  It makes perfect pizzas every time and is far superior to any pizza you can order from the most common pizza parlors.

Fantastic!  I make large batches of pizza dough and have been baking the pies in my home oven at the highest temp I can twist it to go - approx. 550 - propane.  They turn out fine, but out of the blue an ad for a portable pizza oven popped up, pretty pricey so  I investigated further, so glad I did!! and for an initial investment of around $200 - which includes ordering extension legs, long pizza paddle, 2 bamboo servers, rocking slicer and oven thermometer - all very affordable, plus breaks down for easy travel - we use at home and camping, several times already! Only have owned since this mothers day.  Highly recommend, quick shipping too!  On a side note, I used to own a pizza restaurant and feel this is efficient enough to please me, picky! yet user friendly for the home cook.  Get one today! Works great.  Pretty simple and fast to setup.  In Socal summer, this puppy preheats to 700 degrees in less than 3 minutes.  My 14" wood pizza peel doesn't fit, so I had to buy a smaller one.  

The package includes an elastic cover which only covers the top half of the pizza oven.  I assume just to cover the opening of the oven.  It does not cover the temperate/gas control knob or the bottom half of the unit.  I will buy another cover for it.

I always have wanted a brick pizza oven for my backyard but....too expensive and after looking at them I realized you have to commit a lot of time to starting the fire and getting the oven up to temperature.

Anyway I saw the Pizzaque oven and ordered it...i love it. It heats up in about 15 to 20 minutes and gets hot enough to cook a pizza every 6-8 minutes...cripy crust and the top is melted well.

I love mine and when I had one small issue with a missing part the company was very quick to help.
