This mower was lighter than my previous one.  That could be due to the plastic front end compared to my previous mower which was all metal.  Only time will tell how well the plastic holds up.  However, it does make the mower more maneuverable and very easy to turn and rotate.  

The engine starts very easy in 1 or 2 pulls with the no-prime system.  Sometimes I barely pull the cord and I'm surprised that it starts.  It also seems to be just a bit quieter than my previous 18 year old mower.  

I only use this as a mulcher and it does a fine job.  There are no piles of grass built up anywhere and the lawn looks finished when I complete the mowing.  

I have also had to transport the assembled mower to a second location.  It is pretty straight forward for collapsing the handles and fit inside my car trunk easily.

Rear cutting height adjuster was bent Against rear wheel , had use vice grips to bent it back, usable but still rubs against wheel, poor assembly from factory

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought my lawn mower back in April after 5mths, noticed that the back plastic grass sweeper broke off and almost got chopped up from the blade. As you can see from the pictures the plastic piece I placed on top. When I was looking for a lawn mower to buy I did my research and liked the fact that I never needed to change oil, had good reviews, there is one review that caught my eye but i didn't really pay to much attention to it. Although I am skeptical someone had mentioned that leaves get blown away instead of mulching the leaves. I did notice that it is blowing them away from the front with the few leaves that have been falling, will need to see around October when my backyard will be covered with leaves. So far all good, when watching the Troy-Bilt video and showing how its tested for endurance i guess they missed this part. Also noticed that the handles seem a bit flimsy, hopefully this will last me a long time as my previous lawn mower lasted me over 20yrs. Being only 5mths i know it is still under warranty so hopefully someone will contact me.

I had a horrible time with this mower,straight out of the box it didnt want to start but I got it started and it worked fine,but after it was time for me to empty the bag and start it again,I would pull and pull and pull until my shoulder would hurt so bad,I would have to stop for a good while,let it cool down before I could start it again and it would take me hours to cut my yard,I used it three time and each time that was what I went through, I contacted the seller,told them my problem and they sent me a return label and refunded my money and that was the only good thing.

You get what you pay for!!!

It was damaged when it arrived. Multiple attempts were made to get in contact with them about it. A month later and still not a word.

DO NOT BUY

The item arrived damaged and the third party company that sold it through walmart.com won't return calls or emails to get it fixed. So I have a lawnmower I can use. So I honestly don't know if it's a good mower or not. The bar 
that holds the front wheel is bent and thus the wheel won't roll. I was skeptical bout purchasing through a third party in Walmart.com. now I won't ever do it again do to this one company's terrible customer service.

Arrived damaged unable to use.

I ordered this lawn mower, new and is missing screws. The manual wasn't in the bag with the starter kit and that bag was opened.  inside was a garage instructions instead and a little dusty.

Came in with no packing and no paper work it looked like it was a return and they sent it out with out packing it also the height adjustment was bent a wount let it roll the company who shipped will not return calls it sucks
