I am excited to use my new P-Handle Hand Truck. I have never heard it called that before. We always called them a dolly. So far the look is perfect, the strength of the metal it is made out of exceeds what I expected.  I rolled it into my house and tested it across carpet and tile and it is so easy to push and pull. The tires are starting and not blow up tires so they will last for sometime. I will use my dolly to move some things that are being delivered from a storage facility to a much smaller space, where I live until I can go through all my pictures and knickknacks and boxes of junk to  continue with my downsizing project.  For now, and especially at the incredibly low price, I would recommend this piece of moving equipment to anyone 100%.

SO HAPPY WITH THE P-HANDLE HAND TRUCK

This hand truck has been a great help moving boxes. It's smooth, light weight and easy for me to handle. The P Handle is very helpful and the tires are non deflatable, so I don't have to worry about that. No flat tires! Got it at a great price by ordering online and it was delivered in 2 days.  It's great to have!

Excellent Hand Truck

This is a must have for moving heavy stuff at home. Feels sturdy and it was really easy to move a washer and dryer from garage to the curve for disposal.

Here's my story. I'm sure some of you can relate with it. We all know about Walmart "delivery options." You never know for sure if you're going to get what you ordered or if you're going to get anything at all. Late Saturday night I ordered 5 cases of water and this dolly. All my Walmart orders are delivered to the loading zone in front of my hi-rise apartment. I set up the delivery for noon to 1 pm the next day. On Sunday at noon I was all pumped up to tell the driver to take everything back to the store if he didn't have the dolly. The driver arrived at 12:30 with five 40 lb cases of water %26 a brand new shiny red dolly. The driver even helped me stack the cases of water on the dolly. The solid rubber tires performed wonderfully. They didn't calapse like inner tube tires do. The dolly handled the 200 lbs of water with great ease. Now I have my new dolly for my next delivery of water.

I ordered online to pick up in the store since the price was only $34.88 if I purchase online at this price it makes it a steel and it holds up very well I've probably had upwards of 400 to 500 lb on it and it handled it fine I may have pushed over 500 but it's very durable I strapped a lot of weight to it I've moved around a lot of weight with it I've had awkward loads on it overall for the price it's probably your best bet for a general purpose or moving dolly. The only thing that it doesn't have would be like a lot of the moving dollies that you rent or appliance dollies that have the special strap system on it and also have the rubber track sections on the back to help you scoop down the steps and obviously doesn't have any of that at this price but the wheels were big enough that I didn't have any problems after going down three flights of steps and having to do a 180° turn after every flight with some pretty big loads and it still did well.

Online was only $34.88. It holds up very well!

Shopping at Walmart is never short of surprises...I bought one specific hand truck to be picked up at the store.  The item came out similar but wrong, I went into the store, picked up the correct one and took it to Customer "Disservice " but I was told I couldn't do that.  I tried in vain to get the right one and no matter who I discussed it with, I had to return the wrong item, purchase the right one again online and take a chance of the wrong item to be brought out again.   Explaining to the manager was useless just the same.  The star rating above does not reflect on the item purchased...just the service I received. I walked out angry at the redundancy of the whole experience. It appeared so simple to me to just get the exact item I bought instead of going trough the return and re-purchase process.
Walmart, if your goal is to lose your customers, you are a doing a bang-up job...

A bad experience.

This dolly was not new at all. The plate was scratched up and stained. The handle was all scraped up with deep gouges, looked as though it was dragged across cement. It looked as if it was the dolly used in the warehouse to unload their trucks. I immediately returned to Walmart within 45 minutes of delivery. Very disappointing Walmart!!!

USED, clearly not new

I bought a Milwaukee 600 lb. Capacity 2-in-1 Convertible Hand Truck, different from this one, I went to Walmart to pick it up and they brought me another one to replace it. I asked to return it and refund the amount. Now I have to wait and this will delay my work, I have to buy from another Walmart Supercenter.

Very unsatisfied

I was very disappointed in the hand truck I received after placing an online order and picking it up in store. It may have been the stores fault, however, the condition and quality it was given to me in was terrible. There were scratches and marks all over the hand truck and the wheel were totally worn down. It looked like it had been used a number of times before being given to me although it should have been brand new.

After 50 minutes, the hand cart, which had been rolled out once, just to be taken back inside, was finally delivered.  This was the only item purchased for pickup on a Sunday afternoon at 4 p.m.  Unless a delivery can be made in  under 30 minutes, you should not receive the "your item is ready for pickup" message.  When we asked one of the delivery employees if they could check the status, they barked back, we'll get to it when it comes up.  Not a good customer experience.    We won't be back.  It was our first and last time to use D'Iberville Walmart pickup.  The employee should be thrilled.
