I love it so far.  My only complaint is that I've not gotten to use the massage feature for the first 2 weeks of owning it. 
 One of the motors wasn't working when I got it. We called and they are sending someone to fix it without charge.   so I'll give 5 stars for customer service.

My whole experience with Ashley Furniture has been amazing! We have been using the Ashley base for a few weeks now and have had some of the best sleep of our lives! There was a minor hiccup in the delivery, but it was quickly resolved. I have already recommended this to my friends and family.

Purple bed with adjustable base

I've had a variety of beds over the years (I'm 65), and this is the best bed I've ever had!  The minute I laid down on it, I knew it was for me.  It gave me the “Ahhh” factor.  It seemed to mold around my body.  There are no pressure points.  It's really great to be able to raise the head of the bed to watch TV or read instead of scrunching a bunch of pillows under my head.  By raising the foot of the bed, it takes the pressure off my knees.  This bed is expensive but it is worth every plenty and will last the rest of my life!

Best purchase I have ever made. Love the beds. Just what my back needs. That massage feature is awesome. I usually toss and turn. Not any more! I adjust to what feels comfy and turn on massage and then I'm out.lol. was easy to put together and great quality.

The bed is fantastic! If I had to pick a fault, I would like the foot rise to to be straighter like the head rise. I would recommend this bed.

PS . Having praised the bed so lets talk about the mattress. It is a BIG MISFIT with the bed. I have to change it. Springs and an adjustable bed don't work well together. I am surprised that Ashley didn't flag it.

BUYERS BEWARE: I bought this adjustable bed on 8/25/19. I got it delivered a few days later (on 8/28/2019). On 9/2/2019 this adjustable bed CAUGHT ON FIRE ON ITS OWN. I AM NOT LYING. I got up from my bed, turned off the A/C, thought the neighbors may be having a fired, thought *I* had a fire some place in the apartment. I opened the door, looked around, and couldn't find the culprit of the burnt smell... until I walked back into my room, smelt the bed and found that a corner of the adjustable frame had caught on fire. It was singed!!! I KID YOU NOT. I couldn't imagine having a baby or a child on the bed.
