I have had this machine for about a month - have made sorbet, ice cream and frozen yogurt and all have been great! My kids think having a new flavor to try weekly is awesome, and honestly I can't disagree. I really like knowing exactly what is going into what I'm eating. It is super easy to use and clean. Great Price, Works to Perfection!

Love it! I'm obsessed with all the flavors I can create. I have become sensitive to dairy, so I've been playing with coconut milk and sorbet options. The non-dairy ice creams in the grocery store are limited in flavor and expensive. Favorites so far are fresh cantaloupe gelato and watermelon hibiscus sorbet.

New Obsession

Great machine, does what it's supposed to do; churns ice cream mixture into soft serve ice cream; then freeze, remove from freezer and place container of ice cream on countertop at room temp for 15 minutes before enjoying. You control what goes into the mixture, thus what you get out of it. Put it in this context, we're a family of 6 adults and we're consistent, avid ice cream lovers whon always have various pints of ice cream in our freezer. I purchased the machine more than three weeks ago and haven't bought brand name ice cream from the supermarket since the 2 quart arrived at my home. I'll never buy store-bought ice cream again. Nothing tastes like homemade ice cream churned from ingredients that you decide go into your ice cream, not someone else. I know exactly what's in my ice cream and there are no fillers, additives or preservatives. Look at the ingredients on the high-end ice you're buying at your local grocer and you'll be surprised, not the good variety of surprise either. Nothing like real strawberry or vanilla ice cream made with Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Vanilla Extract. My personal favorite is vanilla ice cream with the addition of halved blackberries, added at the last 5 minutes of churning, mind-blowing. Also, do yourself a favor. I purchased a second, 2 quart cannister so I can churn one gallon of ice cream in one sitting (2 processes) in one day, instead of waiting a day for the cannister to re-freeze again. It takes a good 24 hours for it to freeze adequately. Anybody wondering, no I wasn't paid or comp-ed to write this. I love this machine and I'm just a satisfied customer. My only regret, not pulling the trigger much sooner and making this move years earlier, bc it's less expensive to make your own and soooo much better than store bought ice cream, for real. Go with the 2 quart model

This Ice Cream Maker Is The Real Deal

We bought this about a couple weeks ago & have made the strawberry icecream from the manual. Very good & super easy. It was hard to wait for the mixing container to freeze, but it was well worth it & is right now sitting in the freezer. We can't wait to try one of the kinds that you start out by making a custard. So easy to use.

Great ice cream maker!

I am amazed by how easily this machine makes the most delicious ice cream I've ever had. Also, it's wonderful to know exactly what ingredients go into it! No more chemicals or additives. I still have a lot of recipes I want to try with this machine, but it's hard to move on when the ones I've already tried were so delicious!

Beyond Scrumptious

This is a great Ice Cream maker! I’ve had it about a month and used it at least twice a week. I told a friend how much I was enjoying it and she bought one a few days later. Our son and daughter brought their families over for Memorial Day (Socially Distancing, of course!) to cook on the grill and swim. I had made three batches of ice cream a couple of days before, and they were so impressed, they both ordered one! Easy to use and easy to clean. I have only one issue with it. It IS loud! You have to raise your voice if you’re trying to have a conversation near it when it is working it’s magic. Easy fix, though. I moved it to the utility room and shut the door! Great purchase!
