I received this one from Mr Coffee as a replacement for BVMC-PC12-WH-NP that stopped working after 6 months. Works ok but the clock is so dim it's almost useless. Customer service is excellent so the 1 year warranty is valid. The filter basket was no included.

I bought one of these coffee makers last year. And I loved it. It brews quickly. The measuring system is nice. Everything worked great till one morning, I turned the coffeemaker on and it immediately beeped that it had finished brewing despite not brewing anything. I googled and troubleshooted and eventually decided that I had probably gotten a clog in one of the lines. I didn't have the correct tool to opened it up so I just decided to go buy another. I bought the same coffeemaker bc I liked it so much and I figured this was just a fluke. But here we are about 6 months later and it's died again. Yesterday, I made coffee. An hour later, I noticed a weird smell in the kitchen but couldn't figure out where it was coming from. This morning, I turned my coffee maker on and walked away. After a while, I realized I hadn't heard the beep and went to see what was up. The power was on, but the warmer was cold and no coffee had brewed.

Nice coffee maker but not reliable.

My Mr Coffee Maker has worked fine until this morning I get the EC 1 error code. I don't want you sympathy, I want you to reply to this message what this error code means and how to get it fixed.

EC 1 error code

The clock failed first. Now Ec3 error code. This is after one week of use. Utter crap. Very disappointed.

Avoid

We got one for Christmas and today we noticed the clock was flashing all different times. After attempting to reset it multiple times we unplugged it from the wall and replaced it back in. Now it shows an EC 2 message. Sad to get on here and see so many people recently with similar experiences. :-/

EC 2 code - Not happy

Worked well for about a month. We drink one or two pots a day in my house. This unit worked very well for about a month. Now all I get is an error message.

Barely a year old and get an error code even after having it unplugged as it you state to do. Last coffee maker we will be purchasing from you.

Still error code after reset

This is the third and last for this coffee maker.  Done with Mr. Coffee period.  Same issue.  It brews fine then a couple of months later it stops brewing.  It doesn't go through the brew cycle or cleaning cycle.  We gave it a third chance because we like it when it works. However, this last one stopped brewing within two months.  DO NOT BUY!!!

Horrible product

This machine worked well... for a month or so. This morning it's showing a “EC2” code and I can't find any info on the website to fix or clear it. Frustrating at best!

Error code after one month of use

I bought this in December 20 and now March 2021 is broke.

Do Not Buy

I'm a little worried now about that Ec2 error now that I read these comments! However, we have had ours a couple weeks and we enjoy it. Love the timer on it so we can wake up to fresh coffee brewed. However, there is one thing I'm not a fan of…is there a way to simply turn the burner/warmer off if we don't want it on anymore, besides unplugging? Thank you.
