I bought this bed for my guest bedroom.  Very easy assembly - It took less than an hour for the two of us to assemble it together. Easy to follow directions. Love the look and feel of the leather...love the soft edges! Highly recommend this bed. Great price ...... great quality bed.

I bought this bed for my 15-year old daughter.  The bed arrived a day early which was a pleasant surprise!  It came in two boxes. It took less than an hour for the two of us to assemble it together.  The directions are so easy to follow and all the tools were there.  Love the look and feel of the leather...looks rich and expensive!  Only negative I can think of is the 4 legs are made of plastic.  Not a big deal though since no one really looks that close at that.  And they are sturdy legs so nothing to worry about.  Would highly recommend this bed.  Great price for a quality bed!

Love this bed!

This is my first purchase of a product from hayneedle. I have never been more pleased . The platform bed was fairly simple to put together. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. The only problem was putting the small end of the plastic for the slats in the pre drilled holes ,some of the holes had material in them. With the help of a small section of a 2×4 and a hammer all went together. A well made product.

I would recommend this product to anyone.

My daughter's small bedroom needed a low profile bed, and the Ridgecrest platform provided the perfect solution.  Clean lines, classic look, and sturdily built. Assembles quickly and easily.  I would definitely recommend this product to family and friends.

Ridgecrest Double Platform Bed

Very pretty for my daughters bedroom.  Well made and easy to assemble on my own.  I did have to tighten screws in a couple of days but that was to be expected (written in manual).  The feet as white plastic.  Would've liked wood but daughter doesn't mind. #sweepstakes

Nice Bed!

Very nice platform bed, easy to assemble, perfect for my teenage son.  Gave four stars because it's pretty light weight, hoping it holds up against the big boy!   I bought espresso and it's very dark, almost black.  Happy with this purchase!

Screws are difficult to get in at the corners of the bed frame with the tool supplied. One end of the tool did not fit the screws. Overall the bed appears sturdy.

Difficult setup

I bought this for my daughter and it's very cute and wide with lots of room but it's a pain to put together.  You have to put these individual planks that will support the bed.  Well on one side that she sleeps on mostly the planks kept popping out.  Every time we would put them back in, she would lay down and they would pop out again.  We had to go to home depot, cut out a wood platform and put it in place of the planks.  This was after 6 months of owning the bed.

Do Not Buy This Bed

The bed frame I received was different than the one advertised on the product page here. There is a gap between the base and the headboard of the bed. Even after showing the images to the customer service representative they kept arguing that the bed they sent is correct and as advertised.
Also the bed sent to me requires a box spring for the mattress, unlike what is written in the description. 
I would stay away from the Seller and this product.

Did not get the bed as advertised.
