I got this ref about 2 weeks ago. It took a while for it to be delivered because of the lockdown.  But I'm so glad I got it because it's perfect it space is a little bit limited. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my basement suite where a standard fridge dominated the space. This fridge is small but big enough for 2 people comfortably who shop once a week. Hosting/cooking a large feast may be tricky for storing leftovers. The freezer is quite small too. The fridge is much shorter than I expected. I must have been too excited measuring width and depth to bother measuring for height! I can see over the top easily as a 5'5 person. Placing a microwave on top wouldn't require much reach or effort in use. If a taller person (over 6ft) had this fridge for primary use it may give them a backache. The drawers and shelves feel quite low to the ground and I find myself squating down. Perhaps a bottom freezer drawer style would be a nice option for this size and model. Overall happy. The appearance is clean and modern. Smooth white gloss exterior. Not the old-school bumpy texture. Thoughtful design of interior shelves and good lighting.

Nice for small kitchens

It was very well packaged, boxed and padded for shipping however once we started removing the protective film we noticed a very small ding and a patched corner covering damage. Neither of these small defects would affect the function it's just very disappointing to receive new products with even small defects.

The gasket did not escalate the refrigerator well, and water puddled on the shelves. The freezer grew very large peaks of ice, and froze everything together. I think it was just a lemon. A repair came out for warranty repair, and was going to replace the door… but I insisted replacement for the whole unit. Whirlpool authorized a full replacement, and it took quite a while to come, but in the end, this new fridge seems fine. Of course I've only had it for a week, so I guess the justly is still out. Hopefully it will be fine. 🤞

Brand new fridge (2 months old) and there's water pooling up so bad it leaks through the door took everything out of freezer and fridge, dried it. Then it starts doing the same thing. Piece of junk.

I bought this a year ago and am having the same issues as everyone else- pooling water, freezer freezing up while fridge gets too warm etc. I bought this on the recommendation of consumer reports, but wish I had taken time to read more reviews beforehand. Total piece of junk.

Love wet, ruined food? Then look no further- this is the refrigerator for you. This is the worst possible refrigerator money can buy. Might as well buy a cooler with a ice pack. The coil is located in the freezer and cools the refrigerator by means of a mechanical blend door- doesn't take a meteorologist to figure out that a warm area and a cold area creates condensation and the blend doors make it rain water on all your food. I would like to meet the engineers that created this useless machine and offer them a old cold cup of coffee for all their hard work. Honestly the engineers must have graduated bottom of their class. The solution to this problem is having a bowl catch the water and dumping it out every day.
