Assemble was a 5 minute breeze + these have the sturdiest feel of any previous speaker stand I've owned in the past including the pair of 40 inch 100% aluminum stands a purchased 5 months ago.....I bought these to support my antique 20+ year old infinity SM 112s which weigh @ least 25+ lbs & these stands hold them without a buckle...I've even placed my own body weight of 185 lbs on 1 of them & they even seemed to withstand that challenge without making a creak from strain (although I wouldn't recommend setting any object weighing above 45lbs on these stands on continuous basis just to be safe)..The glossy look also seems to adds classier atmosphere to my living room...

Just what I Needed

Very much worth the money. I placed a pair of Infinity SM-185 bookshelf speakers on mine and really sounds nice. Top glass plate is about an inch or so smaller all sides than the speaker(s) footprint but stays in place if using the \sticky pads\". About the only MILD negative comment I have concerns the hidden wire \"pipe\". I replaced my old speaker wire with a pair of pre-soldered banana plug cables and the holes are too small to route with the banana plugs in place. You should probably \"roll your own\" connectors AFTER routing.@

Don't try to force banana plug terminated speaker wire through the hidden wire slots. Very tight fit.

find product reviews really helpful before I make a purchase, so important to write a review to help others. this is a really nice product. very easy to put together, look great and perfect height. These are very well made. there was another review mentioning a "made in china" sticker. It is so small it is barely visible and it comes right off without any residue.

Sturdy Heavy Well Made

Looks and feels way better than other Sonos mounts available . Plus comes in a pair - which is fantastic.Gives a great contemporary/modern look and goes very well with low height furniture (contemporary/modern). Very sturdy, glass is beautiful and very easy to assemble. Definitely recommend for those who like lower height (my couch is low so this is ear level for me)/contemporary styled stands. Fits Sonos 3 speakers wonderfully and will fit Sonos 5 speakers as well. Has wire management that allows wire to go in via one of the legs

Great beautiful product - good for the price offered and feels high quality

These are highly attractive speaker stands that matched my shelf for my AV equipment. That combined with their large surface plates is what ultimately led me to buying these. They are not the highest quality speaker stands I have ever seen, the glass is fine, but all the metal pieces leave a little to be desired. That being said, I really don't think that you could buy better stands of this style for a similar price. I do not have my legs filled with any kind of shot, but if you wanted to do so I think you would only be able to do it in one of the legs, the other leg has a large hole at the bottom for cable management. I was not able to even use the cable management because my speakers are powered and the power cables would not fit through the holes. (M Audio Sm-8). Over all though I love the stands, they look great and are a great value.

Not the highest quality, but probably the best value I've ever seen in a set of stands.

These are awesome speaker stands. They are perfect for my application and were the perfect height for my configuration. Walmart had the best price hands down with the free shipping. If your looking for a stylish set of bookshelf or smaller speaker stands this is the place to get them. Now I have to find a matching front center speaker stand. If I need additional stands I will definitely buy this brand again from Walmart.

Elegant. Easy to assemble. BE CAREFUL ! There are some very sharp edges on the metal cylinders.

A great speaker stand, particularly for the money. I got taller (larger) speakers and needed a shorter stand. This stand provides the larger top plate and base needed for a larger speaker (see product description).It comes with short spiked feet which are good on short carpet, for added stability on thicker carpet I ordered the Dayton Audio DSS3-BK to pierce my thicker carpet and get down to the wood sub flooring underneath. You may want rubber or felt feet for other floor surfaces, available from or your local hardware store. I'm happy to pay less for the initial product and get the feet that I want rather than pay a premium price for multiple included feet and still have to pay again for the feet that I want.Other stands I considered were center speaker stands since they also have a large base plate and top plate, if you want a short, heavy stand with a large top plate consider the Sanus SFC18-B1. It's not easy to find a short stand made for larger speakers.

These are very nice for the cost; the glass gives them that expensive look, and they have the weight to withstand the occasional cat jump or nudge without toppling over. They are sturdy, and if properly assembled, have no wobble. Would've like to seen some flat bottom spacer attachments if I wanted to use those in place of the carpet spikes, but that's the only feedback I have. Take note of the height, though, these are NOT tall stands.
