As long as you can use hard candy in them to then you should be able to use this item.

There is only 1 unit, but it can be used with either regular or sugar free hard candy. To make sugar free cotton candy, simply use sugar free hard candy in this machine.

The sugar for sure can be used with any cotton candy maker. You will to check with the manufacturer to confirm if the unit works with hard candy like the Nostalgia Electrics units do.

This is an excellent hard candy and 1 packet of sugar cotton candy kit includes the paper cones.  I would recommend this kit for everyone that is new at this.  This kit is for the Nostalgia Electric Cotton Candy Machine which is an excellent machine. Hope everyone enjoy this kit.

I bought this for my niece for Christmas and she loves it!

Great Cotton Candy machine!

These are definitely needed for making cotton candy.  This kit allows many cotton candy cones to be made for a party.  The paper cones can then be thrown away for less clean up and less mess.  The grandchildren love this treat.

Cotton Candy

I still haven't tried all the hard candy flavors or the sugar candy that it comes with. So far I tried the lemonade flavored ones and I like them, although they are a little on the sour side (which I love!).

It's great that it comes with 24 paper cones. Last time, when we tried making cotton candy without the paper cones (but just the regular plastic ones that comes with the cotton candy maker), the cotton candy ball kept on slipping down! It would not stay put. I still have yet to try it with the paper cone, but I know that would do the trick! I can't believe I didn't use it the first time. Now I am excited to make a bigger cotton candy.

Cotton Candy Kit

I bought this product for my daughters bday party and i am glad I tried it before because the flavors are just nasty!! It is lemonade flavor which as a juice I think I would not have a problem with but for cotton candy yuck! Luckily I read online that you can also use jolly ranchers as your candy and it worked wonderfully!! I am deff returning this product back to walmart as soon as I can!

Flavor not your usual cotton candy

My sister has diabetes but at our family function she was still able to enjoy the Crystal Light cotton candy. So grateful it came with 3 different choices to experiment with our maker. I just Love that aspect of the kit!! Some of the sugar flavors weren't as good as the Chrystal Light flavors but that was a minor fix. We simply added jolly rangers to the mix. Definitely looking forward to creating more memories with this kit n our new cotton candy fun!!!

Love the variation

I got this with the Hard & Sugar Free Cotton Candy maker---the pieces in the kit all made good cotton candy, and there were more than enough cones for multiple uses. I've made 3 different batches of cotton candy, and I am only about 1/2 way through the candy.
My only complaint--I wish there was more cotton candy sugar included in the kit--it is the most traditional flavor, and by far the most popular in my house, so it goes fast.

A Must for the Cotton Candy machine

I tried the kit and the regular hard candy was ok, the sugar free candy did not taste well. I still prefer the flossing sugar over the hard candy, but the hard candy is much easier.

I did like the 3 reusable cones that came with the kit.

Sugar subituties and natural food coloring work better and are less expensive.
