We purchased this because I had always wanted a sleigh bed but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I figured the bed would last a couple years and I can then invest in something more expensive. So, I purchased the bed and received it within 4 weeks. I was weary because I couldn't find the brand or manufacturer name, but when I received it, I found out the bed is made by Acme Furniture, which I didn't know because again, it's not listed anywhere. I love Acme Furniture. They make great furniture and already own many Acme pieces, so that was a plus! We put the bed together and I couldn't be happier. I absolutely LOVE the bed frame. It's as beautiful as a $600-800 bed frame. It's sturdy, and so worth what I paid and more. I absolutely recommend this bed frame to anyone looking for a traditional style sleigh bed for half the price of the sleigh beds on the market.

So worth the money!!

This bed is very nice looking and great quality.  however, there are only 3 slats. NOT ENOUGH.  I'm not sure why this company thinks that would be ideal to hold a box spring,  mattress and one to two people.  seriously.  so I went to Home Depot and had someone cut me 9 additional slats with my total being 12. He also cut a few square support pegs to under the slats. everything cost about 20 bucks. perfect and now I have security and piece of mind! you also have to screw in the 4 metal plates  within the bed frame for additional support. I'm happy and this was great for 98 bucks!

Great Bed, Well Made, But....

Don't panic if your side rails don't show up on the same day as the bed, they're coming!  Amazingly nice bed for a guest room.  Not the highest quality but it will do nicely for our purposes.!  Quite impressed.  The local furniture store has the same bed from the same manufacturer and its twice the price.

Nice bed for the price!

This is a beautiful solid bed. Easy to put together. The only thing holding back 5 stars is the support beams. It only comes with 3 slats. I dont have a boxspings. I had to add 3 other slats. Easy enough but wish it came with more.

Beautiful bed

Looks great, like it's worth a lot more! Easy enough to assemble. My husband said it may need some reinforcement but we will try as is but for the price it's fine. Our headboard arrived with a large dent in it, so I'm giving it only 4 stars.

Great looking, worth it!

There was a crack in the foot board and some shipping damage. But we didn't send it back because it's Walmart. 
Do you use a box spring since there's only three slats?

It's Walmart so.

It looks great however one of the support legs broke the first night. thankfully my husband was able to fix it
