Small but mighty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I remodel my kitchen, I decided to buy an LG refrigerator for over 20 years up in San Francisco. I was so happy with that refrigerator. l sold the house in San Francisco and moved down to Vista and bought a house that had an LG refrigerator. I had a slight problem where it wasn't cooling on an LG repairman came out and fixed it with such a wonderful attitude and help me in solving the problem I making two trips to me to fix it.

LG experience in over 20 years

This LG fridge replaced our old bisque color XXX mfg. that stopped cooling. Our first LG appliance, it was chosen based on reputation and features.  It was hard to find a replacement that fit our kitchen and this LG did so, also included water in the door, which sold us. It works as expected and we like the split door and lower freezer. It makes ice, and is very quiet. Hoping for a long life.

Nice but door issues

However after 2 1/4 years the compressor seized up, but LG sent someone right out and replaced it immediately!

Love the Fridge!

Well I love my LG refrigerator. The only problem is if something spills in the refrigerator there is no way to clean it up. The drip pan is actually located inside the refrigerator. Down the back side. To get to them you must call a repair man to clean them out.

Few choices in 30" refrigerator if you want water in the door. This LG was expensive and I'd think the Quality Control would be better. If you close the right door before the left, the seal flips backward, not to the right, and the door doesn't seal. We wondered why the doors were sweating! I don't see any adjustment.

Seal Won't Seal

I bought this new refrigerator about 3 weeks ago.  It looks nice but I have a problem with frost crystal build up n the freezer which is an indication that drawers aren't closed properly.  I have taken everything out including ice drawer and can't figure out what is causing problem.  After googling this issue, it seems to be a common problem.  I guess I will have to call a repairman to fix even though brand new.
