Designed to offer arch support, a stable heel cradle and keep your foot cool. Full length insoles that cushion and supports the heel, arch and ball of foot area. May be trimmed as needed for a true custom fit. To trim, simply remove the existing insole from your shoe, line it up with your new insole as a guide and trace with a ballpoint pen. Carefully cut with a sharp pair of scissors, then insert into your shoe with the top side up.

I've been wearing them every day since I bought them. As a Walmart associate I put a lot of miles in on my feet and these sure do help !

Perfect for me

These would be perfect if they were just a tad bit wider on the sides.

TOO NARROW!

Great for two days then started to hurt ended up going to have to shop with a different brand elsewhere.

Not great

They were to hard in the heel and there was no padding for the ball of my foot.

Not very good.

I did not like them. The heel area is thick and uncomfortable. I did not return them. I'm just going to give them to someone else to see if they like them and if not they can do the same thing I did.

Just not for me.

These are terrible! I thought they would be great, but no one minute trying out they hurt my feet so bad they are not the size they say they are they feel too narrow and flat on top I DO NOT suggest these. I hope I can return them I put in the other ones that hurt me worse that's how much I will not wear these again.

terrible! don't waste the money, there is NO SUPPORT, they're flimsy and my feet were killing me within 3 hours of using these insoles
