Old Faithful

Sorry to say the Cross Trainers I have worn for years have to be set aside in a 
separate room for at least a month before they are close to using. The last 3 orders -from different vendors- all reeked upon opening and putting away for out gassing. These cannot be worn right away, which is most regrettable. Please fix the problem!

Strong, lasting chemical smell in product

I sent an email recently explaining the wrong size item was sent to me. I am unable to give you any sort of rating until mistake is corrected. These mens size 6 or whatever they are can not be even cut down, because it would have to be cut to where the arch in my foot way of my foot.
