This cookbook is very informative and engaging. The recipes are easy to follow and don't require odd, hard-to-find ingredients. I made a couple of the pizzas and they are delicious. I highly recommend this cookbook.

Great Cookbook

Teresa Giudice is not only entertaining in this book, the recipes are outstanding! As a mother of four children also, it is nice to find nutritious dishes that my whole family loves!

Delicious recipes!

I love Teresa's book. It is just like her personality on the show (Real Housewives of New Jersey). She mixes in a big dose of girliness, fabulous recipies, & great humor. I have an Italian guy to cook for so I am always on the lookout for authentic recipies that aren't "American-ized". This book has it and then some. I am now convinced of the powers of olive oil and herbs, that's for sure! I love how there's little bits of humor and stories mixed in throughout...and even tips on how to be as "Fabulicious" as Teresa...lol. Too cute-- it's a cookbook with sass, that's for sure. You'll use it more than all the boring ones on your shelf! For those that the "Skinny" appeals to-- it is so great...she even provides all the nutritional info. for each recipie and the majority don't even get up to 450 calories! I DONT-- however-- like Walmart's slow slow shipping! It took like, 2 weeks!

GREAT COOKBOOK

dont know that i'll actually lose any weight using this cookbook but it has GREAT tips and tricks and explains in detail how to use alot of spices we all think we are so framiliar with... Great book! and sooo funny

love it!

This book is excellent. I've had it for a week and i"ve already tried several of the recipes. Her recipes are very old-world and very similar to the way i cook italian foods (i learned from italian mother-in-law years ago). I don't care what Teresa's money problems are. It is not anyone's place to judge her or anyone. It is obvious that she has been very family oriented her whole life and she continues to be with her husband and 4 daughters. Eating and cooking together is definately a way to bring the family together and to make great memories for our kids.
I would highly recommend this book. i wish Teresa and her family the best of luck.

very good book

I love this book, I'm Italian and I love cooking Italian food so this book gave me some great recipes as well as was funny while I read!

LOVE IT!

The recipes I tried were delicious, we had company over for pizza night and they loved the dough and the baking tips. My husband loved the pasta recipe I tried, too.

I appreciated the little juicy, gossipy tidbits Teresa sprinkled thorugh the book - dirt on the other housewives and her life.

Looking forward to cooking more from Skinny Italian.
