Update - Patozone's customer service is amazing. They sent me a replacement without me asking and this pair is working great. If there is a problem reach out to them first. I like the hook over the ear. It is just the extra security I need. Sound is definitely good for the price. -  I really liked these when I first got them but now only about 6 weeks later none of our devices will recognized them. Even tried to pair them with a new device and not able to pair them. Would have given 5 stars if they worked because I really liked the style.

customer service really good

Very comfortable. I leave my phone plugged in while walking around the house.  There is a slight hum in background but once the audio begins you don't notice it. I have not gotten them wet so I can't speak to their being waterproof.
